Sunday 05/02
Sunday I cleaned all day. REALLY cleaned. I was a spring cleaning machine. Later we went to Target. We ran errands. We worried about Curtis's Uncle who had to have emergency surgery. He's doing okay though. Thank goodness. By the end of the day I was exhausted and the only thing I could think of to take a photo of was the tag from my "bride bag" that my friend Julie bought me.
Monday 05/03
I did laundry. I made the bed. I worked. This week is off to a rip roaring start! :)
Tuesday 05/04
I worked, I ran errands. One of the errands involved Mother's Market so I got a giant salad for me and Curtis while I was there. It was good. Really good.
Wednesday 05/05
I read tonight after work. I am really loving my Sookie Stackhouse. :) It was a quiet night. Work is killing me. I am constantly exhausted from these early mornings. ;-)
Thursday 05/06
I uh, forgot to take a photo this day. Sorry. My bad. I was in a bad mood. I was supposed to go to the Midnight double feature showing of Iron Man 1 and 2 with Curtis and our friend Dean. Instead, after work I went home and pretty much collapsed. I've been coughing and again. Looks like the cough is back. Great. I blame my job and working in an office.
Friday 05/07
Tonight Curtis and I took Frankie for a family walk before heading out to dinner. We tried a place called "Fire &Ice" which is an "Americanized Mongolian BBQ Experience". What we didn't knw was that they also had a salad bar and the whole place is all you can eat. Suffice it to say we stuffed ourselves silly. It was a fun place. There's a big grill and they cook everyone's food on it. The chef's are all supposd to be entertaining and for the most part they were. I wish I had not been so tired and I wish I had felt better and I wish that I had known it was an all you can eat place. As it was I felt unprepared for that experience, but I did enjoy it quite a bit. I think it would be fun to go back with a group of people. It's a very social place. The pic of the day is of The grill and of Curtis and the grill. :)
Saturday 05/08
Today me and my friend Karen made bouquets for mother's day. It was fun! We went and got a whole bunch of flowers and then mixed and matched them to make different bouquets. My photo is of my mom's bouquet. I added some flowers from my garden too.
After that we went to dinner with Curtis's parents and his sister, brother in law and nephews. It was a combo Mother's Day/Birthday Party for Shane. It was really fun. We all had a really good time. :)

Wow! That is the whole week condensed! That salad from Mother's Market was HUGE!!!!!!
